Opening times
You can visit Burgers' Zoo every day of the year. Burgers' Zoo is open on all public holidays, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!
Winter season: 3th november 2024 until 29th March 2025
daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Summer season: until 2th november2024
daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The animals that are outside are going to the indoor enclosures one hour before closing time.

Transport
Public transport
Travelling to and from Burgers' Zoo by public transport is easy. Bus line 3 leaves from Arnhem Central Station to Burgers’ Zoo every fifteen minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the main entrance of the zoo.
Plan the route
By car
Burgers' Zoo has a large car park. You can buy a €8.50 ticket from the ticket office that you use to open the barrier when you exit the car park.
Electric car
We have 24 charging stations for electric vehicles, where 48 cars can charge at the same time.
Bike & motorbike
By bike: there are unguarded bike racks next to the car park close to the main entrance.
By motorbike: there are designated parking spaces for motorbikes.
By coach
There is a coach stop in the car park. The driver can request a parking coin to exit the car park free of charge at the first ticket booth.
Pets not allowed
Pets can spread diseases among the animals of Burgers’ Zoo, but our animals can also transmit diseases to your pets. Therefore, pets are not allowed in Burgers’ Zoo. We only make an exception for specially trained dogs used by people with a disability, such as guide dogs for the blind and other assistance dogs. Please contact the Reception at Burgers’ Zoo about this.
